First of all I’d like to say if you can avoid buying Berber carpet and install a tufted pile in your home as opposed to a looped pile, then you will be much further ahead with the maintenance factor etc
Berber carpet has these tendencies to unravel and zipper when being vacuumed. The loops get caught and pull slightly unnoticed then again and again till you pass over it with the vacuum and then all of a sudden your powerhead has a string of Berber carpet stuck around the brushes of your powerhead.
What do you do?
Call us to fix it for sure but why not avoid this major problem in the first place!
